National Nonprofit Day, a day that recognizes the goals and positive impacts nonprofits have on communities and the world, is on August 17. For us, it’s an opportunity to help one of our favorite nonprofits, Kari’s Heart Foundation (KHF). A faith-based organization, KHF provides a wide range of personal, financial and social resources to families experiencing a healthcare crisis. It’s hard enough for parents who face the emotional trauma of having their child being hospitalized. Dealing with some of the expenses can be overwhelming without the help and support of great organizations like Kari’s Heart Foundation.
Working with KHF reminds us that it doesn’t take much to make a world of difference in the lives of others. A small sacrifice on your part can have a huge impact on someone’s life, whether you give your time, share knowledge, or contribute financially. It’s not only personally fulfilling, it also sets a fine example for other businesses in the community and for future generations.
For parents who are always on the go, seeing doctors, visiting hospitals and balancing work and home, life is hectic. We know the last thing you want to worry about is clean, purified air, so GreenTech Environmental is donating wearable air purifiers that KHF will provide to parents and staff members. The pureAir SOLO and pureAir Personal create a 3 ft. clean air zone by repelling particles from their personal breathing space. We’re also donating a pureAir 500 Active Air Purification system to a family from KHF to help clean and purify their home environment.
We know this small contribution can make a big difference in the improvement of their air quality, which has proven to be more important than ever before. Look for something you’re passionate about in your community and find a way you can make an impact. You’ll be glad you did.
These are exciting times at GreenTech Environmental, and the future is even brighter with the naming of Brandon Taylor as Chief Executive Officer and adding Larry L. Enterline as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Brandon joined GreenTech in 2019 as CFO/COO and was instrumental in helping develop and execute the strategy that led to the company’s most successful year in its 11-year history; the company reported 200% growth under his leadership. Prior to joining GreenTech, Brandon held several key roles with The Brock Group and Weatherford International focused on financial and operational transformations including significant experience in mergers and acquisitions.
